My approach

Whole-person health,
built around you.

Real, lasting health isn't about chasing one symptom or following someone else's protocol. It's about understanding how the whole system works together — and building a plan that's genuinely yours.

The philosophy

Understand first. Then personalise.

Every woman I work with is different, so every plan is too. I start by understanding your full picture — your history, your symptoms, your lifestyle and your goals — before anything else. From there, we build on five foundations that, together, shape how well you feel now and how you age.

01

Nutrition

Nutritional adequacy, metabolic health, digestion, protein and blood sugar — a way of eating that's sustainable and genuinely supports your energy, not another restrictive diet.

02

Movement

Strength, resistance training, mobility and cardiovascular health — building and protecting the muscle and physical function that keep you strong and capable as you age.

03

Sleep & Recovery

Sleep quality, rest and recovery — the foundation that so much else depends on, and often the first place real change begins.

04

Stress & Mental Wellbeing

Mental load, stress and emotional wellbeing — the sustainable lifestyle habits that help your nervous system settle, rather than running on empty.

The difference

Personalised Health Insight

This is where it becomes truly yours. We look at your individual health history, symptoms, existing results and — where it genuinely adds value — appropriate health testing, so your plan fits you rather than following a generic protocol.

What sets this apart

Testing, where it adds value.

My background in clinical assessment means I can look at your health with real depth — and know when a closer look is genuinely worthwhile. Personalised health testing can give us clearer answers where your history and symptoms warrant it.

But it's never automatic, and it's never a default. The test should serve the question — not the other way around. Many women make significant progress on the foundations alone; testing is simply there for when it will meaningfully change your plan.

And where something calls for medical investigation or diagnosis, I'll point you towards the right professional. Testing here is about informing your plan — never a promise of answers, and never a substitute for medical care.

What you leave with

Not another list of things to do — clarity.

A clearer sense of what's most worth focusing on — and why.

A Plan

Practical, personalised recommendations built around you.

Support

Ongoing support if you'd like it — through follow-ups or the three-month programme.

Confidence

Knowing what you're doing, and why.
